تطبيق "رصد" يحترم خصوصيتك. هذي الصفحة توضح بشكل مباشر وواضح وش البيانات اللي نجمعها، وليش نجمعها، وكيف نستخدمها.

Rasd respects your privacy. This page explains, plainly and directly, what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

١. البيانات اللي نجمعها

1. Data We Collect

بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني، سواء أدخلته بنفسك أو جالك عبر تسجيل الدخول بـ Apple أو Google.
Account data: your name and email, whether entered directly or received via Sign in with Apple or Google.
بيانات الموقع: موقعك الدقيق (GPS)، بما فيها وأنت مستخدم التطبيق بالخلفية، عشان نقدر ننبهك لما تقترب من مطب أو كاميرا. هذا هو الغرض الوحيد من جمع الموقع بالخلفية.
Location data: your precise GPS location, including while the app runs in the background, so we can alert you as you approach a bump or camera. This is the sole purpose of background location collection.
النقاط اللي تضيفها: مواقع المطبات/الكاميرات اللي تسجّلها، ونوعها (عامة تظهر لكل المستخدمين، أو خاصة تظهر لك بس).
Points you add: the locations of bumps/cameras you mark, and their visibility (public — visible to all users, or private — visible only to you).
بيانات الاشتراك: حالة اشتراكك برصد+ (نشط/منتهي)، تُدار عبر Apple وGoogle وRevenueCat — ما نشوف تفاصيل بطاقتك البنكية أبدًا.
Subscription data: your Rasd+ subscription status (active/expired), managed via Apple, Google, and RevenueCat — we never see your payment card details.

ما نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث لأغراض إعلانية. النقاط العامة اللي تضيفها تنعرض لبقية المستخدمين بحكم طبيعة الخدمة نفسها (نظام مجتمعي)، وهذا موضح لك بوضوح داخل التطبيق وقت الإضافة. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising purposes. Public points you add are shown to other users because that's how the community-driven service works — this is made clear in-app at the moment you add a point.

Powering the core alert feature (comparing your location to nearby points).

Managing your account and subscription.
تحسين دقة التنبيهات وتطوير الخدمة.
Improving alert accuracy and developing the service.

3. Who Sees Your Data

نتعامل مع خدمات خارجية موثوقة تساعدنا نشغّل التطبيق: Apple وGoogle (تسجيل الدخول والإشعارات)، وRevenueCat (إدارة الاشتراكات). كل وحدة من هذي الخدمات عندها سياسة خصوصية خاصة فيها.

We work with trusted third-party services that help us run the app: Apple and Google (sign-in and notifications), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

٤. حذف بياناتك

4. Deleting Your Data

تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك بأي وقت بالتواصل معنا على البريد تحت. راح نحذف حسابك والنقاط الخاصة المرتبطة فيه خلال 30 يوم من الطلب.

You can request deletion of your account and all your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We'll delete your account and any private points tied to it within 30 days of the request.

التطبيق مو موجّه للأطفال تحت 13 سنة، وما نجمع بيانات نعرف إنها لأطفال بهذا العمر عن قصد.

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children of that age.
